Files transfer  

we can download any type of files using FTP and after wards we can convert it , i daily download different different files and then i convert it, like i convert windows media files to Wav file and some to DSS and etc etc.....FTP is fantastic i must say this...

All file types I believe can be downloaded.
But make sure you have an updated antivirus
since not all files being downloaded are clean

Any file can be downloaded using FTP but unlike HTTP, finding a FTP Server to download from, or getting a file you want is more difficult.

You can use your browser, ftp programs or most downloader programs if you want to get a file on an FTP Server.

You could set up an FTP Server with the right programs, but for most average people this isn't a long term option because it slows down thier own internet connection.
