Files transfer

Any file can be downloaded using FTP but unlike HTTP, finding a FTP Server to download from, or getting a file you want is more difficult. You can use your browser, ftp programs or most downloader programs if you want to get a file on an FTP Server. You could set up an FTP Server with the right programs, but for most average people this isn't a long term option because it slows down thier own internet connection.

All file types I believe can be downloaded. But make sure you have an updated antivirus since not all files being downloaded are clean
