What come to your mind when we say dance?

No, I haven't tried dancing without music yet. I did but only when we were practicing steps and I wouldn't call that dancing at all. But what comes into my mind when I hear "dance" is fun. I love dancing and I believe that it is the best form of exercise especially for people who loves dancing like me since it is effective as an exercise and it's fun as well.

Well me I honestly don't consider a dance without a music because just the sound of a music makes me dance =D first will be music and then dance =D but another thing that comes to my mind when I think about dance is belly dancing =D I really love it since it strengthens the backbone and firms your waist and just an hour of belly dancing can burn up 300 calories (which is equivalent to one full meal).. =D I definitely love dancing because it's healthy and fun =D

Dance without music. That's something. The most that I've seen are tribal and native dances, but they're danced to beats made by sticks or other materials that serve as percussion instruments. That's pretty interesting. Where are you from? What is the tribe called?
