I have to explain every course of my action to my friend because if i don't....his head starts working and eventually we end up not talking to each other....
He is my childhood friend and still doesn't trusts me.......
Feel like never talking to him again...

You already know the situation with him so why don't you ignore his faults. Is this friend just a social friend or intimate one. If he is a intimate one then sit down and discuss the things that you don't like. Explain to him that he is only pushing you away from him. Learning to trust someone takes time and patience and so if you really enjoy his friendship you will need to practice this ok.

Harsh-
Friendships are a delicate relationsip, and they take a great deal of work. I'm not sure what you mean by his head starts working, but I am taking it to mean if you don't share something with him, he draws his own conclusions which are at times wrong? If that is the case, perhaps you do need to work on communicating that concern with him. You should not have to tell or relate to your friend every minute detail of your life. You should be allowed your private thoughts, just as he should be allowed his private thoughts.
I would try speaking these concerns with him first, before just breaking up such a long friendship. In terms of trust, well trust is earned. And sometimes if we break trust with a friend, that trust is even harder to regain. Perhaps ask him why he doesn't trust you, and be open to hearing him out and communicating with him.
