Hi chillpill, It's good that you're motivated to build up your leg muscles. You should take it slow at first so that it isn't a shock to the muscles. And talking to a doctor for advice is even better. I have a treadmill, and I walk on it every other day. I don't jog, because I have bad knees, but walking is a great way to get the muscles back. I think that an exercise bike might be too strenuous to start out with though. Just take it easy at first, a little bit at a time. And as the days go by, you'll see and feel a big difference.
