trouble walking  | | to cut a long story short i havent really walked since last june because of problems with my legs but recently i have started again. over the time my muscles have wasted away in my legs so i need to build them up again and get walking more. i am gettign an exercise bike and thinking about getting a treadmill. what do you people think would be best to help me? thank you

And talking to a doctor for advice is even better. I have a treadmill, and I walk on it every other day. I don't jog, because I have bad knees, but walking is a great way to get the muscles back. I think that an exercise bike might be too strenuous to start out with though. Just take it easy at first, a little bit at a time. And as the days go by, you'll see and feel a big difference.
