How to create blog? (first timer)  

Do the following things:

Creating the Blog:
1.Just go to the blogger.com
2.Click on create a blog for free.
3.Fill up the form and sign up.
4.Now,you can select the name of the blog etc.,
5.After that you can sign in the blogger.com
6.You will be entered into the DashBoard
7.You can edit your settings of pages,posts,layout,themes etc.,
8.You can customize and can post on your own and for further help, click on help.

Earning Money:
You can earn money from blogging easily. For that you should have the following:

1. Create unique useful posts in your blog.
2. Create a good traffic to your site.
3. In order to apply Google Adsense,your blog should be atleast 6months old.
4. You can also earn money by selling your own products.

The first thing is to choose the bloghost you want. The more popular ones are blogspot of blogger or wordpress. Wordpress offers more attractive themes for blogs. It isn't easy to earn from blogs. You need to have a steady traffic and that alone would be difficult. From your traffic only a small percentage clicks your ads.

Expressnature is correct- The first step is to sign up for blogger. Pick your blog name, create your blog, write a post. Your URL will be http://www. (the blog name you pick) .blogspot.com. For example, my URL is http://www.historyhasmiddlechildren.blogspot.com

Next, go to your dashboard and under your blog name, click 'Monetize'. This will walk you through the step by step of setting up Adsense on your site. I would suggest going to adsense.com and going through the FAQ so you understand it, because Adsense is absolutely key to earning money with blogging, and you don't want to break any of the rules. Adsense is absolutely the best; follow its rules, and you will succeed. If not, well, then there's something wrong with your blog and it won't succeed with any other site anyway.

To be successful and make moneyw ith blogging, you need three things: 1) A large Quantity of visitors, 2) A good Quality of visitors, and 3) Visitors who will like your blog so much, they will forawrd the link to their friends.

To get a large quantity of high-quality visitors (people who actually want to read your blog, and aren't just clicking links for money or some other incentive), you will need to post your link... everywhere. On your mylot profile, on relevent discussions, on Myspace, on Twitter, anywhere you can think of. make sure, though, that you place the link where people who would actually want to read your blog will find it. Ex- if your blog is abotu writing, go to the writing forum on Myspace. If you see a discussion about teeth whitening on MyLot and you just wrote an article about teeth whitening on your blog, post your link. Post the link anywhere that's relevent.

Also, go to people with blogs that are about similar things as your blog, and comment on their posts. Not only will the blog owner hopefull visit your blog, but others who comment on that post will see your comment and the link to your site. You can also get readers by commenting on very popular blogs.

Avoid sites that you sign up for and click a certain number of links in order to get traffic to your site. Yes, there will be traffic, but it will be low-quality tarffic. These people will want to click as many links as fast as they can, so they won't stick around on your site. However, doing a link exchange with a friend is useful (you post their link on your site, and they post your link on their site in return). If you want to do a link exchange but don't know anybody, there's a website that can help you out. Finally, you want your audience to like your blog so much that they send the link to a friend. This is the key to succeeding with your blog. You must write quality content on your blog that is both useful and easy to read. Update regularly; once a day if you can, but at least once a week.
