How to create blog? (first timer)

How can I create a blog? what's that URL thing? Can anyone with a good heart help me? thank you very much. And one more, can I earn money through blogging? Your answers will be highly appreciated.

Hi, The first thing is to choose the bloghost you want. The more popular ones are blogspot of blogger or wordpress. Wordpress offers more attractive themes for blogs. After signing up, creating blog is easy since there are wizards to help you do the job. You can visit my blog: www.1000times1000.blogspot.com for some blogging tips.

hhhmmmmm this post of yours help me too. i am a first timer or beginner in blogging. and my blog is still on the way. i haven't finished editing it. i have my blog on blogspot. and yes out fellow mylotters helps you and also me alot with this one. hope you could make a blog of your own my friend. thanks friend jhelai
