I'm going on vactation next month to Las Vegas . So I was looking through my Swimsuits. I know i wont be wearing any of those bikkinis i wore last year . I bought a cute, sexy one piece last week so I'll be able to wear that . I have lost some wieght -I just have a V8 in the morning then snacked in some fuit until around 10 am - that way i am not starving by luch then i do lean cuisine or smart choicce for lunch and dinner - i was surprised that it actaully is working and it is really cheap - i spend less money on Food now then I used to you . What diet do you do ? Is it working for youy ? Please tell me about it

Are you ready for swimsuit season? Hey Koreilly, Wow, congrats on loosing those few extra pounds. My mom had told me about drinking some v8 if I wanted to loose some weight. But personally I think it's too much sodium in v8 for me. Anyhow my diet consist of eating a small bowl of oatmeal in the morning for breakfast. I usually cut up a half banana, along with a small handful of walnuts, add a few raisins and some honey to it. And a wee bit of cinnamon. The cinnamon also helps with keeping the blood sugar down. Then for my snack I will have a small cup of coffee. At lunch, I normally have a small meal which may consist of some fruit along with a tuna fish sandwich or a salmon cake. At dinner it will be a small salad. If I snack on anything it's just nuts or popcorn. This is pretty much what my diet consist of. I haven't really lost much weight from it yet but that's only because I haven't been exercising very much along with it. But once I do, watch out everyone, I will be ready for bikini season. Happy mylot!

Also I forgot to add that I drink about two protein shakes, one in the morning and one at night. It helps me to keep my muscle mass and it also seems to give me the extra energy I need. Everybody is different so everyone must do whatever works best for them. There is no one diet for all. My lastest diet will be the See-Food diet, lols, I will eat whatever I see, hee hee. Seriously, if I want to eat a small piece of dessert I will have it because if it's small then anything in moderation will be okay and I won't feel as though I am depriving myself. Good luck and have fun in Vegas! I sure wish I could go. Have fun 4 me!..... Oh well, maybe one day! Happy mylot!

I wish it were swimsuit here right now. I'd be the happiest person. Hahaha. Unfortunately, the rainy season has already started. Swimsuit season or not, I make sure that I am exercising and that I eat right so when it's bikini time, I don't "cram" or I'm not pressured to have this particular kind of body. Try to lessen you Carbs and ditch the soda - these simple things alone can help big time. They work for me every time. Goodluck!

It's not rocket science to be a healthy size, just eat heathly foods (we all generally know what these are, and what aren't) and do some regular excercise. And eat sensible portions, don't starve yourself and dont eat food you wont need. And do that for the rest of your life. Unheathly foods are fine once in a while in moderation as long as it is that. Diets shouldn't be temporary crash weight loss, they should just be positive changes to your diet that you can stick with forever.

Dear lord no. I've never really worn a swimsuit in public and i doubt i ever will ;d It's not that i'm overweight or anything, i just dislike my flesh haha. My body is pretty average for a women my age. I can eat literally anything, and i just stay 9 stone ;s

This discussion really got me smiling coz I just posted on my blog earlier today about my ramblings for gaining weight in the past few days, and my stretch marks, that I have been trying to remove. The last thing on my mind right now, is a swimwear. Although, this shouldn't stop me from going to the beach... besides, there are a lot of ways to look sexy without emphasizing the "must hide"...lol

Im not because I not used to wear it . I'm too shy in wearing that kind of suit. I just swim in shorts and sleeveless but not swim suit. But if my parents teach me for that I know I also love it .
