Also you should play FF1 and 3 on the NES so you can appreciate the games roots.

| 3. Angelois (23) | 7 months ago | I can honestly say I LOVE The Final Fantasy Series. I cant tell you home many times I beat each one but I can guarantee that I have beat them plenty of times.
I've played and beat VII - XII and I have played a bit of XI but not for too long.
I want to say VII was my first favorite then VII and then X
I never beat the originals but I have played them:/

| 4. b1zarr0 (44) | 6 months ago | Ive only beaten FF3 (NES) FF6 (SNES), FF9 (PSX), and FF Tactics Advance on GBA.
and Ive only beaten each of those once.
Ive tried to beat FF 4 and 7 but I just get overwhelmed for some reason. With FF4 I just cant find it in me to grind the necessary levels and in FF7 I find the concept of how much time it will take to breed a black chocobo to get some of the more powerful summons to be a bit overwhelming.
I would really like to beat FF7 someday since I have rather enjoyed parts of it I did play and maybe just learn to be content with what my characters have as opposed to wanting the uber powerful weapons and spells from the get go. I could always just find a way to hack the save file buut, for some reason that just would not make FF7 nearly as fun (though for some reason I LOVE having my uber powerful hacked characters in Diablo 2 and Fallout 2:P )
