Best? There ain't one, better surf it on the web or consult friends about their ideas who already purchase a domain name..

I've bought a couple from godaddy. Personally I now stick to buying them from my hosting service as it just saves having multiple accounts and getting domains transferred and other admin hassles like that. I use 1and1.co.uk and they are really good. Fasthosts are good and they're giving away 3 months free hosting at the moment.

following are the points one should look for while purchasing domain names.

1. what kind of after sales service they offer and how quick they are
2. what is avialability criteria
3. do they charge changing dns server entry or short of services are chargeable or free?
4. is dns search are quicker and what is update time

I like GoDaddy.com. They have excellent support as I was interested in getting a Domain from there. The site is great, the commercial is great, and I think they are very professional. Check for a few online reviews from other people as well as our opinions here and then you can get your choice solved from there. I say yes, use them! Regards, and good luck on your domain.

godaddy is the one that I would use but i am sure there are tons of places if you just google it. best of luck to you

I personally like Godaddy the best. Their site is well laid out, and they make it easy to buy all domains similar to the major one your after if you choose. They warn you about 2 months in advance when your domains going to expire, and give you ample time after the date to renew it as well.

GoDaddy is the no.1 webhost in Asia, Europe and America. So I'll go for GoDaddy or if you want other site, try co.cc
