please help me  | | i am an over weight teenager 19 and i work out everyday and i dont loose weight i watch what i eat but cant loose more than 5 pounds and then gain it back i cant afford wieght loss pills because i dont have any money does any body know were i can get diet pills for free im so concerned about my health im scared.

There could be a medical reason, because if you're working out everyday and gain back your weight quickly, it sounds like you have a slow metabolism. You should check with your doctor/physician and have your thyroid checked out, and also go over diet plans. I wouldn't jump to pills though, they aren't exactly healthy and could even make you worse.
