Fathers Day  

My husband doesn't really like it when the kids spend money on gifts. He prefers it when they do something special for him like putting on a "concert" where they perform their new piano songs or sometimes they will act out a play that they have created. They usually prepare his breakfast for him and decorate the house with streamers and decorations and play waiters and waitresses at mealtimes.

I know what you mean. I'm trying to figure this one out myself. I know for my father I'm going to give him some money to get his car detailed. That is something he really appreciates every year and that way the car gets a good cleaning inside and out.

I forgot the fathers day, and my mom called me to send a message or a call to my father. In fact, I'm not interested in such way to contact with my father. I love my father, but I don't think it is necessary to buy a present on fathers day.It is not my will, but the commercial promotion way.
