Donald Trump New RAW owner???  | |  I couldn't believe last night's episode of RAW. I personally love when Vince McMahon makes his appearances because they're so sparse lately and he has become a fan favorite. But to hear him say that he sold the RAW franchise first and foremost shocked the hell out of and then to find out who the new owner is - Donald Trump - I was pissed. I can't stand Donald Trump. However, this should be interesting. I firmly believe it's nothing more than a storyline to boost viewings. Donald and Vince are friends in "real life" and worked this out together but I do not believe that Vince sold his money maker show. It would make more sense for him to sell Smackdown or ECW because they have less viewers than RAW does.
What's everyone else's thoughts on last nights blockbuster announcement?

I wasn't blown away by the commercial free Raw coming up next week but it will be different. I think this whole storyline should be interesting. I wonder how long it will last though. We'll have to wait and see. I thought it was awesome that the Orton vs. Triple H match will happen next week too! | |

Raw had to do something b/c it was getting alittle boring especially with Miz and his stupidity. If he did though, it may get really interesting especially with the New GM to be announced and see how far Orton's venegence will go and the Legacy.
I haven't heard anything else about this so far today, but as soon as i do...i will let everyone know.

trump will probably do some changes vince doesn't like,and he'll come charging back at the last moment and tell him "he's fired" or something like that.
i'm just glad lil' miss "excuse me" will probably be leaving entirely.she got kind of irritating.

Donald Trump is not really the new owner on RAW. He will probably just be a celebrity general manager on RAW for a few weeks. It should be entertaining.

They are just trying to give back to the fans without showing that they actually are willing to. For example, they had Trump to give refunds, and commercial free and great matches, but no Vince himself, they're just trying to make Vince a bad guy again. Also, if you don't believe me, check it out on wikipedia, this is all storyline, since WWE is fake and for pure entertainement. And yes, those two millionaires are friends, or else Vince wouldn't invite Trump to perform in WWE twice, once now, and once in wrestlemania ...i forgot the number. Yes, I hope he sells ECW and Superstars, make superstars a part of ECW and sell it as a package, since only Smackdown and Raw are great brands. LONG LIVE THE ROCK! IF YA SMEEEELLLELELELALALALALALALALLAAAALOOO, [raises eyebrow]. WHAT THE ROCK, IS, COOKING!
man I miss those days, nowadays, WWE storyies and fighting is a joke compared to the past....
