Is there anyone here on myLot who has been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia?

I have had this horrible, painful condition for the last ten years and it is very difficult to deal with. Some days you feel as if you wanted to crawl into a hole and die and other days you feel as strong as a super hero.

On the days when you feel good, you want to get out and do everything you possibly can whether it is working, playing, or just spending quality time with family, it doesn't matter as long as you feel like you have a life again. Unfortunately the feeling doesn't last long and if you overdo you could be making yourself even worse.

It is so hard to know when you are pushing yourself beyond what is good for you because at the time you feel as if you could accomplish anything. But I know from experience if you don't watch yourself you could end up bedridden for weeks or more. Has anyone else been through the same situation or do you know of someone with Fibromyalgia who has?
