Blowing up the Island?!  | |  Jack has made me very mad. He wants to blow up the Island! I know he thinks it will fix everything, but I don't think it will. This is why: First of all, does he even love Kate? If he blows up the Island, he would of never met her. Flight 815 would of landed where it was supposed to be. Kate would of gone to jail. And Kate pointed that out. But I don't think he loves her if he would do that. Plus, what if it doesn't work? What if they all die? Jack has changed alot. The old Jack wouldn't of been like that. What do you think?

Although, in his defense i think he is thinking that everyone has gone through so much pain, people have died and if he manages to stop it all from happening, people wouldnt get killed! I think he does love kate and because he loves her he doesnt want to see her go through so much pain (I realise this contradicts with the 'i agree' statement lol)
But! I think that the way he is behaving now is so much different from the old Jack!! I only saw season 1 and part of season 2 so ive missed quite a bit. But i think the new jack just seems so... full of anger? And he wont admit his feelings for Kate! Which makes me mad!!! What do you think?

He won't admit his feelings for Kate and I think it's because at his point of view, if he get's back together with her I think it would be depressing for him when the Island blows up and he never meets her. I think he just doesn't want him to feel pain when the Island is destroyed. I do agree with you that alot of people have died because of the plane crashing. like Charlie and Boone and Shannon and the list just go's on and on! I just hope he realizes how much pain Kate is in! She truly loves him, I think. And she doesn't want her memory not to have him in it. She also loves Sawyer, in a different way, though. I don't hate Jack, I just hope he knows the consequences to what he's doing. | |

| | 3.  stealthy (2994) | 6 months ago |  I think he is correct to do it if he really is convinced it will keep 815 and all that followed from happening because it would mean a lot of people would not have died and they would not have gone through so many terrible things. Obviously they will survive the bomb going off somehow, or there wouldn't be a show anymore even if nest season is the last, gut he will probably be disappointed about the crash not having ocurred. Don't forget everyone finally agreed it was the best thing to do.
