Do you know what Swam Mais is?

it's a native kapampangan delicacy and my hubby just cooked that dish for us this dinner.. =) it's main ingredient is grated CORN (mais) and it comes with saute ingredients and shrimp to savor your dish.. i'm quite curious if you guys have heard of this dish,,

Yes I watched how to cook it in one of the cooking show here. We haven't try to cook it but I think it is delicious. Now it is the season of corn I think we try to cook it so we have a new recipe for corn.
