white hair problems

Sorry,I don't know any method of getting rid of white hairs except dying other colours.I'm 20 years old, a friend of mine also have white hairs,she already gets used to them and regard them as a part of her.And it's painful to pull them out.

I think you're suffering too much pressure.First,you should have a relax.You can having some nuts like walnuts and black sasames.Also sponge cucumber is good for you.There's a Chinese medicine called "He Shouwu"is the best thing for curing white hairs.

Nope. Going grey is genetic, and there's nothing you can do other than dyeing it. Or you could shave your head.
