Do you prefer to fly in the morning or night time?

When I travel to a certain place, I prefer to take the morning flight because I do not like reaching at some place at night. If the flight is delayed or cancelled, worst come to worst, I still can catch up the next available flight. However, if going back, I prefer to take the evening flight because I do not have to rush to the airport and I won't mind reaching home at night. How about you? :)

I prefer to travel in the morning and get to my destination earlier in the day.

Yes, that is also one of my reasons of flying in the morning.

I also like flying in the morning and have more time at my destination. I am also a morning person so do not mind getting to the airport early and starting my day. I also like to look out the window while going and returning but not so much an issue when returning home. I also prefer to take the evening flight back home because it gives me a longer time on vacation and I do not have to get up early just to get to the airport and sit for 2 hours and it also allows me to stay up longer the night before we have to leave.

I don't like arriving in a place in the evening time when it is dark. It can be difficult to find my accommodation and in some places safety is a concern. Being booked on a particular timed flight doesn't mean it will depart on time. My plane to Cape Town was delayed by five hours. I find that it is convenient to get a night flight that arrives early morning the following day. Sometimes there is only one arrival in a twenty four hour time frame. Some airlines fly from Los Angeles and Auckland arriving in the Pacific Islands in the middle of the night. I sat at the airport until dawn when the local transport began. Suitable arrival time can apply to trains too. I arrived at midnight in Los Angeles and had a two hour bus trip to Santa Monica. The other time the train company gave me a free taxi ride for half an hour.

I understand what you mean. I never like arriving in a place at night time either. You are right about the difficulties that might rise in reaching to your destination especially at the places you are not familiar with. I don't mind waiting like you if there's only one flight arriving at midnight. A free taxi ride sounds great. :)

I like to travel in the morning because I can't sleep in the plane. I had an experience when I travel at evening, 7 hours journey. I couldn't sleep even 1 minute in the plane!

7 hours on a plane and you were wide awake?! Wow!! I can't imagine. Only at night flight?? Just always book the morning flight then. :)

I am the opposite. I like flying at night because I like to get to my destination and than get a full nights sleep, and than enjoy myself. I dont know what it is, but even if i take a 2 hour flight i just become exhausted!
Can you sleep on a plane? I CANT! and I hate it!

Oh, you can't sleep on a plane? I know some people who hate flying. Well, at least you know what's best for you. :)
