your load cellphones are gone?

it happens to me a lot of times, my cellphone loads are gone with no reason. i dont use it for calling and just texted a few times, but then the load which is 300 pesos had gone down to 120 pesos for just 2 days, and i just recall that i just text i think 20 times only for two days and never use it for calling, i really hate it. have you experienced this also?

yes, a couple of times. and i hate it. its like we are being robbed with no exact reasons on why and how it all gone to zilch! its frustrating too, thats your savings you got, to buy for the load. and then they just suddenly steal it from you? we are consumers but the company doesnt even think of our concerns and problems. hope they take action for this. i dont know how but i do hope they do.
