pictures or images wanted - reward for THE ONE

I need the highest quality aerial/satellite photographs or video, with a scale of a bit better than 1 inch= 50 feet. It has to be enough to see colors of cars. The dates could be January 29th, 31st, or February 1st, 8th, 11th, 13th, 16th, 25th, or 28th......all of which were in 2004. The coordinates are North 39 degrees 49 minutes 5 seconds; West 75 degrees, 12 minutes, 21 seconds. I actually need these photos/images to be slightly off from those coordinates; they need to be very slightly towards the following coordinates (North 39 degrees 48 minutes 47 seconds, West 75 degrees 12 minutes 5 seconds). The images have to be of a parking lot next to the building in which I work. The first coordinates above are of the closest cross-street to where I work, the other coordinates are behind my building and across a creek. The parking lot is betweeen the two. Please help me, please. I will pay you. There is a reward for the picture or image that could save me. Thank you!
