Does anyone know about gascardacutions.com? Is it a scam?

I came across www.gascardauctions.com today and tried to research it but I couldn't find anything other than ads about it. No bad reports no I got my card nothing. I'm pretty good at researching sites but this one has me stumped. I figure no bad reports is a good thing, but I can't find anyone saying they've received the gas cards they won either. So any feedback is appreciated.
