children fighting constantly help!!!!!!!

Those are hard ages and they are both trying to come within their own, and become their own little people.

Here if my kids fight over a toy, it becomes my toy, when they can share they can get it back. You may want to try that.

You are having a normal response to normal children. I found with my children that nothing worked. I have three wonderful daughters that are grown, but to this day if they are all together there will be a fight of some kind. Any two of them can get along for several days at a time now.

Now I have learn that having them set on their hands, or set on one hand with the other over their mouth for a few minutes works well. (espically in the car). As they get older this still works but hopefully you will not have to use it when they start school and start finding their own friends and develop their own interest.

Well, it's the same case as me. I got a 7 years old son and 6 years old daughter. They do fight constantly as well. They can quarrel over some slight matters. Well, I guess it's hard to separate them as both spend a lot of time together at home. I had tried to separate them by getting both to play at different spot of the house, but somehow, they will end up been together again later. I will say that you just have to talk to the kids about this, and get both of them to behave themselves. In addition, I will usually let the kids cool down a while after a fight, before talking to them about it.
