Joomla is a CMS, or Content Management System, used to build websites.

It can be VERY time-consuming to learn the Joomla layout and get familiar with all the modules, components, etc. But if you take the time to learn, you can build a GREAT site with it!! My website is built using Joomla.

Nope! Not a dime! Other than your hosting. Joomla is so popular that many hosting companies will actually install Joomla for you. Siteground is a good host for this, they install it for you and it only runs around $5.95/month. Learning Joomla can a bit confusing at first, but they provide a lot of great literature to help you through the process of setting up and building your site. I highly recommend this CMS program for anyone needing a professional looking site. Also, there are hundreds of free templates and add-ons, such as forums, classifieds, you name it. Once you get the basic use of modules, components and plugins down, it is very easy to update and build on. Good Luck!!
