eyeliner below your eyes?

Yes, I use eyeliner below my eyes. I have thin eyelashes under my eyes so I just go over them.

I usually only put eyeliner below my eye, not above. I can never get it to look right on my eyelid, so I only do the bottom cause I can get it to look better.
I line the actual rim, so the eyelashes on the bottom don't get in the way. When I want a darker look, then I line where the lashes are, too and I just go over them and then fill in inbetween the lashes.

i'm going for a smoky or heavy look then i'll def. do eyeliner under the eyes. if i'm going for a more natural look i stay away from putting liner under the eyes.

i don't usually put an eyeliner below my eyes...but i have tried it and sometimes i still do.
i think i am not very nice looking with it coz some says that i look strict with it. hehehe...but i still love putting eye liners to give my eyes some life...hehehe and i usually put it above my eyes to give my self a chinita effect! hehehe
how i do it, i just pull a little below my eyes so that i can easily use the eyeliner to line it on my lids...i think that's not the right way of putting it, but i am used to it and i do it fast with that...

Although I love makeups so much... and I know I need eyeliners due to my small, asian eyes, I haven't been that much o0f a big fan of eyeliners. I only wear them on special occasions. But on daily basis (yup, I wear makeup daily)... I skip them.

I think it's the process of lining my eyes that's uncomfortable to me. I can't stop blinking when something's about to touch my waterline... or anything near the lashes. I can tolerate eyeshadows and mascaras... but not the eyeliners. I know it's weird for a makeup addict like me... but what can I do? As much as I want to put liners... I am just not into it.

i put eyeliner below my eyes, just below the lashes. but it doesn't stop there or i'd end up looking like a surprised raccoon. after putting eyeliner there fold a tissue in such no. that it would be thick but not too thick to wipe that applied liner off. the black line would be barely noticeable but there would be a great difference than if you'd rather not wear any liner there.

I will do such if it is really needed or called for the attire I am wearing. But most of the time, I don't put eyeliner under to where the eyelashes are. Mostly to usual way how we put it was below the lower lid, not the upper lid just like that picture showing.

maybe sometimes.i have a big face,but a little eyes. it looks so ugly.i like put eyeliner brlow my eyes,it looks so bright! i like it .i always put eyeliner from middle to the corner of the eye,then fill up with other regions. i am so lazy.so i do not like stick the eyelashes.my english is broken.i can not express my think.it is so terrible

Yes, I do...you get used of it after awhile...I think eyeliner can enhance your eyes.

I do it just above the lashes also. But I can't ever get it right on the upper lid so I mostly don't even bother!
