Trembled while taking an assessment test, this is a first  |

 I was taking a test this morning, and my left leg started trembling. This is the first time this has happened. I was really nervous about the test, and on that particular section I was unsure of the answer. Has this ever happened to anyone? Should I be alarmed about this?

You are much worried about your left leg, started to get trembling, it was happen due to many reasons. Basically it was happen due to more tension along with some mild neurological disorder. It may be cured by taking some nuero vitamins like Neurobion, Neurovite, once daily after the food. Make yourself go for daily walking for 30 minutes, which is necessary to control this trembling.
I am strongly recommending you to see your GP or neurologist and informed him about the problems, he may the right person to advise you with some medicines which is really helpful for the treatment of this trembling.
So dont worry about that this is not a big problems just mild condition or indication. Try to be relax more and take lots of fruits and milk then
I am sure you will get the relief from this trembling.
