do you guys use foobar2000?? what are your opinions about the music player??

I remember like nearly a month ago I downloaded a music discography of my favorite hip hop classics from Eazy E. When I saw the music audio format I was thinking they would be in MP3 format. But it turned out that the actual format were .flac files. So I went to google to the information about .flac files. I was quite impress since such files as these doesn't lose its quality unlike MP3's. We all know that MP3 files that are created is based on quality where some can convert it to 128-320kbps. Then again sometimes MP3 files fail to keep sound good, clear and so it becomes distorted. The sounds can sound too choppy or too low.

However, the source of .flac has been used to concentrate the form of keeping all sounds in place as if you just bought the actual album in stores. Now speaking of Foobar2000 it sure is a great player that fully supports .flac files. I'm sure happy with the player. I like the fact that it has its own equalizer if I want toggle up the bass or treble.

HI Voldrox.Well I haven't used it myself.But one of my friends living in my neighboring room uses it.He said it is really good.But I watch more video files than audio files.Since KM Player supports a lot of video formats I tend to use it more.

Just to let you know that Foobar is not only a media player for audio/music. It is also one of the best audio transcoder out there. With the help of 3rd party applications & plugins like FooDTS & FooAC3 & many more, you can convert from one audio format to another audio format. I also use Foobar for playing all my music collection, aside from it's equalizer, there are other useful filters in it that will enhance the sound of the audio playing.
