I researched how to ease my arthritis pain & came up with a few pills to take along with organic vinegar. I started this regimen & within a week I felt like a new person, my joints weren't swollen & I had very little pain. I really don't like the taste of the vinegar & I wasn't for sure which had helped me so this past weekend I did a sort of test. I stopped taking the vinegar but kept taking the pills, now I am in as much pain as before I starting it. I was wondering if anybody else has tried the vinegar ?

I haven't personally tried vinegar, but I should. My grandma used to make herself a tea concoction with apple cider vinegar and honey, and she swore that it worked wonders. I have a huge jug of apple cider vinegar that I use for rinsing my hair, so I should start drinking some of it each day. I find that ginger helps with the arthritis in my knees somewhat. I make my own very potent ginger ale and have a glass of it every day. Ginger increases circulation and decreases inflammation in the joints.

Oh my!! I tried the vinegar, honey & lemon juice mixture..it was so gross. That's what you are supposed to drink but I couldn't get it down, so I usually put it in my iced tea & it works just fine. How do you make your Ginger Ale?

I use Alton Brown's recipe on www.foodnetwork.com. Just search the site for ginger ale and the recipe is the first one to pop up. I just add a lot of extra ginger when I make mine.

I haven't tried vinegar, but avocado helps. you need a lot of it though... also try foods high in silica, it's very important for the joints to get enough silica as it is an essential nutrient
