how to keep our liver healthy

It is very important us to keep our liver healthy if we wants to be healthy because it is the very important part of our body so donot take it lightly most of the problems we face because of our week liver and unbalance diet which also effects our liver much, so never take alcohol, try to avoid junk food, things mde with maida and spicy food these things are not god for our health and health of our liver, we should consult about it with doctor also time to time and we can go to dietician so that we can take balance diet on regular basis. we must take much water whole day specially in summers days, water keeps healthy our liver so if liver is healthy then we are healthy.
We should take tension because it also effects health of our liver so try to have possitive attitude you will never face problems then, if you hve more tips about it so please share here

I agree that it is very important to take care of our livers! It is a very big part of our bodies, although we do not think about it too much! I try to eat a healthy diet and also to drink a lot of water and teas. I do eat some spicy foods though! I run to help my body relieve tension as I have heard that it is very good to help the body displace tension.
