why I feel jealeous when I see my ex girl friend?

Because you have some kind of affection on her. You don't want her to be with others. May be because of not having other girl friend, it happens. But I think you may be possessive, so that you are feeling jealous of them. If you feel jealous, why don't you try to regain the relationship? It will happen at this age very easily. So, don't feel about that, it will be ok after some times.

It's reasonable. Sometimes after we cut off the love relation with someone, we condemn the ex-girlfriend and hopes that she have no other person loved her, and thought that only me that match with her.
