 Hello friends my girl friend left me 4 year back and as we were childhoos and frend and we are neighbour I see her everyday . Today also I see her with her boy friend and she is looking very happy with him, as she is my best friend and we had an affair for 2 year I should ahppy by seeing all these but I am feeling jealeous. I dont understand why these types of thinks are coming to mymind? Is it because they are happy or is it because till today I did not find another girl to love?
Or due to frustration that I am nothing I am feeling all these?

According to me when you were with her,you were caring for her so much but now when you are not with her you feel posessiveness about her.
