Here in our coutry we have alot of exotic dishes to offer. But we have the most famous one,its what we call the "BALOT". It is a boiled duck egg, inside of it is a developing fetus of a duck which is covered by a yellowish soft and tasty stuff well I don't know exactly what you call it and theres another hard white stuff covering it too. Many tourists want to try eating the balot but most them is discouraged by it's unpleasant looks and smell. It is pretty addictive though, once you've tasted it you woudn't mind the smell at all. Does your country have such food?

i am in canada and i guess although not all that exotic, its fairly common here and many other countries have never heard of it. its called poutine. it is french fries that have cheese curds on them and then covered in gravy. personally, i think its gross, but many do like it.
