How do i keep my abs in shape?

I think that it doesn't depend too much on the kind of food you eat but the exercise you do for your abs. I eat any food I want and my abs is looking good because I do physical exercise like curl-ups and other related exercise for the major muscles including the abs. At your age, you should have no big problem about your abs. Unless you are not engaged in any physical activity. Hope to see you looking good with your abs!

i think you have to do a series of seat-ups begining sitting seat-ups and upto standing seat-ups..they go to an extent of even side to side seat-ups..but thats ok when it comes to eating..just eat anything to get more energy for the exercises..
