Why do we crave chocolate so much?

you know chocolate is sweet and soft and just melts by the warmth of your tougue..it has caffein due to cocoa..that makes one hype and thus the confusing it with happyness because mostly chocolates comes from lovers! happy mylotting..

Well here goes my usual explanation.

Why?
Because it's sweet,creates endorfines -happiness hormons- gives a good brain activity, creates a steady contented mood, brings up sugar level, removes head-ackes, improves the love life...need I go on? I think I'll find reasons till morning.

We crave it:
Lack of magnesium, lack of calcium,low blood sugar, over-stressing job,bad night sleep, worse relationship....and again the list can go on.

Comfort food? TOTALLY!!!
Indulgence: Maybe??? Or maybe not.

But for sure:ADDICTION.
Anyway it is food of the gods as aztecs used to call it and it is meant to be enjoyed and praised.

there is an igredient in chocolate which makes us crave it, like nicotine in cigarettes, and it also has a chemical which makes us happy. defo a comfort food and goes with a lot of things
