But only a doctor can prescribe you with the right medicine of the right composition. Many asthma medications have steroids and are harmful if you have an over dosage of them. So contact your doctor immediately and get his advice.
However, you will have to regulate your dietary habits and follow a strict pastern to prevent asthma attacks.:)
