adsense privacy policy on your site

With adsense having required you to feature a privacy policy on your blog/website for a little while now. I was wondering if anyone has had their account closed or received a warning for not having the required privacy policy?

Me also is not having such privacy policy in my blog and its running smoothly, can u tell this in details.
