everytime i do not get around 8 hrs sleep in the night,i tend to struggle to finish the next day. i feel very dizzy and lazy the whole of the next day.
however, i have seen a lot of people just sleep for around 3 to 4 hrs in the night and still move around with great energy.
do you think it is just a state of mind or just about getting used to that kind of workstyle or lifestyle ?

Hey,
Yea I also am quite tired, if I do not get about 9 hours of sleep. But as you have also said, their was this one person at school who would only get about 4 hours of sleep EVERY night, and still go to school and do the work. Make sure you have a good day, God bless and Happy Lotting!!

Hi and smile
.
I dont get 8 hours of sleep every night. I only get 5 to 6 hours and thats already fine with me. My body is already adjusted to my sleeping pattern where i sleep 11 30 or 12 and get up 6 or 6:30am. I noticed that i get headache when i reach 8 or more. I still have energy for the whole day. I think its because i exercise regularly, at least 30 minutes of aerobic work out doing hip hop abs video and eating more fruits and vegetables, and also drinking lots of water. I am sure that my vitamin c helps boosting my immune system. I take vitamin C daily.
Happy mylotting and smile always!

I get plenty of sleep during the week but I work two jobs so on my weekend I work the graveyard shift at a second job. So on weekends I am lucky if I get three hours sleep. I feel run down and lathargic those days and there isn't enough coffee in the world to wake me up. So I think it is true we do need 8 hours sleep to run right.

I cannot skip sleeping even for few hours.but i think it is mostly the lifestyle.recently i started going to bed very late.somedays even if i go to bed early also i am not getting sleep.I am wide awake.so i think it is what we train our body to do most of the time.
