| | | | | | 1.  rajeshfgh (557) | 7 months ago |  Photoshop is a photo editor which needs to be installed on your PC. It is not part of any operating system. With photoshop you can play around with your images and do various creative and imaginative things.
You can also use the Microsoft Photo Editor which is usually a part of the Microsoft Office Suite. It is not as powerful as Photoshop but does come in very handy at times. You can know all about the program through it's help menu.

| | 2.  cubshater2008 (260) | 7 months ago |  I have an absolutely wonderful photo editor installed on my computer...and its FREE!:) It's called GIMP 2, and for all I know is just as good as the pricey Photoshop is. Just search GIMP in Google, and you should find a place to download from. If you need help working with it, message me.
