Would any of you be able to provide a list of all the vitamins with some examples of different fruits and veggies that contain high sources of them?
Like for instance the first part may look like this:
Vitamin A: (fruit), (fruit), (veggie)
I am beginning cross country again and really want to eat healthy while doing it. I know where to get proteins (like in egg and meat)and fiber and stuff like that. I just need help with the vitamins.
