Putting on weight is concerning me and it seems I have to reduce my diet! Is it that diffuicult to shed weight and reduce yourself to the original shape and body? I find it amazing that one can put on huge amounts of calories but when it comes to reducing it, only one answer comes to my mind, reduce intake of calories and burn more. Is there any other way please comment?

I feel that I get plenty at work pushing my heavy medication cart and dashing back and forth down the hall. I try to take the stairs rather than the elevator when I can. I am also trying to make better food choices. That is the hardest part. I love pasta and ice cream and cake. With those things I am working on portion control. Yes, I still eat them, but less than before. I am also trying to drink more water. Water can be filling and is also good for you. Good luck to you in your weight loss plan.

This process has allowed me to lose 30 pounds already! I drink a lot of fluids too in the day. I never drink soda anymore either. All that carbonation actually increases weight.
