Nowadays, the world is so polluted. From the food we eat to the air we breathe, there are toxins that our body receives. As for me I regularly take supplements to fight these harmful elements. What about you? What are the healthy practices that you find effective and are working for you? We might be able to get some best practices that we can follow as well.

Well now we know that our earth was polluted already. So we must take care of our self, we must be responsible to taking care of our health. Before i used to eat junk foods, but now i am trying not to eat any junkfood, its hard because i use to do it. But we need to in order to be healthy, now i am strict in eating vegetables and fruits as much as i can. Before i use to take some vitamin c, but i am lazy to take it I always forget. So i quit on taking the vitamins, but i make sure i can eat more veggies and fruits. Till here, hope i can make sense =) Keep on posting good discussion, happy mylotting =)

Exactly! Not to mention, we must also trim down our soda intake. If you can't live a day without Coke, it's about time we should cut it down.

I see us all as having three facets: Physical, mental/emotional, and spiritual. In light of that, I try to take special care of each facet, as when one suffers, so do the other two. What we eat or drink is so important to physical health, and the things we put into our head, the way we think, so important to the mind. For that, I meditate and do things to think positive rather than negative. For my spiritual side, I pray every day, walk with God always with me, read and do things that keep my faith strong. A very good question, by the way. Karen
