It's really unfortunate to loose such a creative person such as The KING Of Pop!!! There is not one song that I don't like from M.J. !! For all the M.J. fans if you go to MTV and click on watch video and there are several video clips, but my personal favorite is Michael Jackson's video legacy and you'll see a musical genus! TURN YOUR SPEAKERS UP ON HIGH, AND DANCE, SING, AND ENJOY. And if you could not make it to NY, LA, DETROIT, LONDON or if there wasn't any club to go to that was playing M.J. music all night long, to celebrate his life that's OK! You still can in right in your home. That's what I did. Smile
I am glad to see that even though the news as always were reporting all the negative aspects of his life. That fans across the world celebrated his life, music and the many contributions he made throughout his career. I know that M.J. is smiling seeing all the love from his fans, but if you really love some one let them know how much you love them while they are still living. Don't wait until the funeral to by the flowers.
And I am sending my condolences to the Jackson family I know all are going through a painful time right now may God bring you closer, answer your prayers, and in time heal your broken heart.

I totally agree with you. Let the living know how much of a difference that they make in your life while they are still here. MJ was played all over the radio and music channels all weekend, and praises for him were issued by most djs/vjs. But, I wondered how many of them actually played any of his songs/videos while he was around to hear/see it. All the news channels documented him as an icon, the greatest and one who had it all. But, when he was here, the media basically dogged him. People accused him of self hating because he was black. They said that he would rather be white. But, the number of black people (Quincy Jones, Barry Gordy, Diana Ross, Al Sharpton, Donna Summer, Beyonce, Usher, etc..) who spoke out after his passing, and paid tribute to him with their words and actions outnumbered all others. Micheal went through a lot while he was on this Earth, and it manifested itself in various ways. He couldn't escape it. I wonder how his life would have been if people treated him with the same benevolence and respect as they did upon finding out about his passing. Personally, I was shocked, saddened, speechless and never saw it coming. And, I didn't even know him personally. So, just as you said, God Bless those who were closest to him.
