Auto Insurance Without NCD!  

I recently had a crash driving a vehicle on which i was a named driver on its insurance policy, which means im not the regular driver, the car had a comprehensive policy so all was fine, until i was told by my friend that i would not presume to be driving legally because the current insurer haven't received my No claim Bonus Notification from last insurer, funny enough, the third party was already claiming on my insurance for damage to her car is this a problem?., do i stand any chance of claiming 50-50 premium claim to the third party? or do you just get point on your licence and still pay for the damages if its true i was at fault, there was no witness to the accident, apparently there was one, but she took off when the police arrived the scene.

people of sound knowledge about insurance claims pls advice.
