can trekpay get sued by google?  

If they force people to click google ads then that's illegal and they could get sued and/or permanently sandboxed.

Got no clue how trekpay works though so it's now just based on how I think it works.

Absolutely. Trekpay thinks that people are mad. It is not too far that google would have banned trekpay. Trekpay do not understand that 8 out of 10 adsense users have their accounts banned because of the breach of TOS. They should understand that google is smarter than what people can think of. I havent tried trekpay and im not too familiar with Google Adsense TOS also but I guess trekpay admin will not do something that can lead to their Google's Adsense termination.

You are absolutely right, thats the reason that I am not active in trekpay, the pattern of the site earning is not good, google will easily ban the site account and another thing is that they have never cleared that how much point is how much amount.I will tell people its risky to work in that site.

The only thing Google can legally do is ban the users accounts who have submitted their websites. There are websites on Trekpay that do not use Google Ads, so depending where they get their ads from they may not be breaking any TOS.

Google cannot close down the website, they do not own the website. They possible could contact the company where the domain was bought from and ask for it to be closed. But there isn't much Google can do. If people want to submit their site to trekpay, then they should know that there is a chance that their google adsense account will be closed.

I stopped using Trekpay after first day there(without clicking any Adsense ads). Don't think they can sue Trekpay but they will suspend them and probably people clicking those Adsense ads might see their accounts getting suspended. Not sure if they would do anything to their page rank but I think it's a huge mistake by trekpay to mess with Google (God of Internet).

Yes, somewhere you are absolutely right but i don't think that they can do any harm to trekpay, all they can do is suspend the accounts of the users who have subscribed to trekpay for advertisement.......so the users should be aware of the consequences well in advance before they submit their site.......

So all we can do right now is wait and watch, probably i will keep clicking till the site sustains, as it is a matter of just 2-3 weeks to reach the payout unlike other sites which make you wait like 1-2 months and with their stupid timers.......you never know how these sites operate they might have an internal link or might be paying some commission to Google as well.......that's just a wild guess !!!!

I think trekpay will not be banned by google. If you notice trekpay does not have any google ads. The sites that are linked on trekpay are the ones with google ads. So if there are sites that could be banned, it could be the ones that are linked on trekpay. The clicks that they get from the ads are obviously a violation. But trekpay is most likely safe. However, trekpay could also be charge as an accomplish, since they have in their site "click the ads to earn credits". It actually asking someone to click an ad which is a clear violation of adsense policies. But how can trekpay be banned when it is not their ads. Well, I am really curious as to the outcome of this.

I think Trekpay is not a traffic exchange. Trekpay is wise because they make their site into searches. Which actually google doesn't think that it is an illegal ads clicking.

I think the ones who will get punished are the ones who advertise their blogs or sites using trekpay to be able to get their google adsense advertisements click.Trekpay may not have a control on what sites are uploaded for traffic, so I guess the ones who are advertising their blogs to be able to increase their advertisements clicks are the ones who would likely perish or benefit from their google adsense.
