Apple Pie Recipes!

Hello there. So i'm officially on summer break and have more time to do what i want to do. One of my favorite past times is to do baking. I enjoy making cakes and cookies but haven't really made that many pie. My sister really like apples and i want to make her an apple pie and surprise her. I'm been looking on the internet for recipes but i'm not sure if they are that good. So do you have any great apple pie recipes that you would recommend? Thanks a bunch!
