Are you ready for the 4th of July?

It is closed to 4th of July, the Independence day, how exciting! Did you all plan out already? Where are you gonna go for the Independence day? I have no idea where I am going, but I plan to have fireworks this year to celebrate it. It is not allowed to purchase or sell fireworks in GA, but I can get them from Alabama. So, my friend and I have to drive all the way down to Alabama to get the fireworks for the 4th of July. How about you? Do you plan any fireworks for this holiday?

The 4th of July is one of my favorite holidays! Every year my children, friends and I would go to a park near by to watch the beautiful fireworks. Unfortunately, this won't happen this year. According to our town paper, 4th of july fireworks have been cancelled due to the economy and the town will save about 30,000 to 35,000. In a way i'm so upset but I can understand as I am also cutting back on spending. Happy 4th of July!!

Hello clorissa123, this 4th of July it will be a little different. My sister's in-law's invited the rest of the family over to a barbeque at a house of her sister and brother-in-law's house by the Puget Sound. They are both doctors and will be moving in a few weeks to Portland for work.Only bad thing is my b/f has to work on the 4th of July this year.
