Are you stress when you know that you are stress?

Many people say, you are only stress when something wrong is happening but you never know that it is stress. For some reasons, you are stress because of many things in life remain unsorted or you suffering from depression. There are also other things that lead you to stress like being left alone or having no family. When people say, I am stress. Does it really mean they are really stress. Well, the answer is possible. A person can be stress anytime from work and even in simple things that they think is complicated. Let us not become stress.

Hello yuansplace. Every one of us has some stress to some extent, big or small. I also have some stress when it comes to my work and earnings for retirement pension after getting retired. But what is the most important is how we deal with it. If we can deal with any stress in a positive way without letting it affect us, then the stress will be relieved. Never take stress as a burden. Otherwise it will ruin our normal life. So all in all, live well, laugh often and love much. Take care, friend.

Thank you very much for being the first person to comment on this topic or subject. Yeah you are certainly correct with what you have said that all of us have stress to some extent. It could be stress from family, work or simple problems with anything. But when we think positive and deal with it, then we know how to take life seriously. Life needs stress so as to challenge us in our daily activities. Thank you once again.

Well most of the time, its my job which gives more stress. I use to manage stress, listening musiq, playing violen and i like chocolates, and i feel i get refreshed after having my chocolates and above all Meditation is best way to balance and handle stress.

Yes sometimes I actually get stressed out because I am already stressed out. But luckily I try and not be stressed out anymore, I just like to keep myself really relaxed, I am trying my best to remain happy. Make sure you have a good day, God bless and Happy Lotting!!

Hi Yuansplace. in my opinion, some people who says they are stressed probably just feel pressured in their work or something happened currently in their everyday life. I just want to share you something. I once had the experience of something that needs to attend to. When this person asked me when I am stressed, I said NO as of that moment for I thought that time she's just asking if I am tired or what. She explained me then that STRESS is not just a feeling that you are tired of something. It is something that has to do not only with physical exhaustion or tiredness but with a combination of annoyance, pressured, fears and even worries which someone couldn't released. It can not be eliminate by just resting or sleeping. Actually, before I got read your posted article, I'd already posted my article of similar issue but this time not to ask what is stress but what to do to overcome stress for it's already worries me that might affect my health. Sorry for this long statement and I'll try your word of encouragement to fight stress. Thanks.
