watching tv before going to bed

I usually will be on the computer for a few hours before I decide to go to bed. Once I get into bed though I have to put the TV on for a little while. Most of the time I find myself falling asleep and missed whatever I was watching. I then just shut the tv. I know people who fall asleep with the TV on and have a timer on it to go off.

I prefer reading before I go to bed. I am bombarded by TVs, computers, cell phones, and other electronic devices all day so I enjoy "going back to the basics" and reading a good book.

Yeah i watch tv alot and i'm watching it now when i will be going to bed soon. Your not meant to watch tv or be on the computer before going to bed because that is why our brains stay active and we have restless sleep.

Yes, and usually among the earliest thing that I do after I wake up was switching on television. I also will surf internet in front of television, is it bad? I'm not a big fan of television, but it managed to make me not to feel lonely, so i guess its good. I also learn so many things in front the tv, as I prefer to watch something beneficial than just listen to song.
