We were going to be hosing a neighborhood party but it turns out several of the neighbors are going out of town, so it is just family. and we have scaled it back a good bit. For the most part we are going to hang out and have fun. My boys have been gone for the week to their grandparents and they will be returning. I hope that we are able to have fun and enjoy some time in the sun..

For us if it don't rain like it say's it's going to, we will be going out of state for the whole weekend at my hubby's aunt's and uncle's. That is where we go every year now. Everyone on my father in-laws side goes and meets there. So there for there are like a good 15 tents all over. We all just hang around the fire all weekend long. No t.v or anything. We do tons of games and play with the little ones with playdoh. So this year will be different now that my boys are 3 and 1 cause they will like to play with playdoh and there will be swimming and fireworks. But if it rains we are going to stay home. We plan on getting pizza and stuff we need for mountain pies on the stove. Then watch movies all weekend long and maybe get icecream. Though we will take the boys to the fireworks at the lake even if we have to sit in the blaizer watching them. We are not going to let anything stop us from having a good family weekend together. So we will just wait and see what the weekend brings us. Happy Mylotting

Well we are all hoping that it doesn't rain here this weekend because we are planning on having a cookout with my parents and then doing a camping trip and letting off some fireworks. We are just staying close to home this year, last year we were about nine hours away on vacation.

Several of my friends are doing that, going about nine hours away that is to go to the beach. We just did not want the hectic crowds etc. so we elected to stay home
