Why doesn't the chain bontique store accept paypal online?

I have been looking on the inter, finding some online stores that accpet paypal, of course I have found a lot on paypal, there are lots of deals, I try to look at some chain store at the same time like H & M, Forever 21 etc but why don't they accept paypal payment? Because their accesseries are cheap, I just want to buy whole bunch of them online but unfortunately they don't accept paypal...

If you get the paypal debit card, that is associated to your pay pal account. you can use it anywhere, and the card is free to get. just go to your account and check it out. It will take a few weeks for you to get it. but it is well worth the wait.
