What are the necessary vitamins women in there 20's should take every day besides a Women's multi-vitamin?

My wife take zinc, primrose oil, garlic, fish oil, and vitamin C.


What else do you recommend? Sources?

women require to take iron, calcium and vitamin c on daily basis..!! these can be taken in form of green leafy veg and amla and sitting in sunlight..!!

Women need iron , folic acid, and calcium in addition to the above mentioned.

sources are


iron:cereals,beans,spinach,pomegranate,meat,liver,kidney, eggyolk.

follic acid :vegetables,friuts,cereals,meat and liver.

calcium :milk produts,vegs like peas,beans,cauliflower,pulses.

Hi Kheng,

I liked your question and will discuss in details.

If the women in their 20's has to eat all types of foods particularly
Fruits, Vegetables, Meat, Fish, Nuts, etc.,. If the women starts to
eat all types of foods and cereals then no need to go for any types
of multivitamins.

Multivitamins normally prescribed for the peoples those who has lack
in the Vitamins ranges, or unable to consume any types of foods, or
not able to obtain all the foods . So I am strongly advising
you to eat all the types of foods which are more than sufficient
and don't need to take any additional vitamins ranges.

As she is very young she should has good energy . Still you likes to
take some vitamins then you can takes following medicines

Centrum Multi vitamins ( It has all vitamins from A to Z ) daily once
and should be after the meals. In addition to that enjoy all types
of foods then you will feel good health along with more happiness.
