What are the necessary vitamins women should take everyday?

What are the necessary vitamins women in there 20's should take every day besides a Women's multi-vitamin? My wife take zinc, primrose oil, garlic, fish oil, and vitamin C. What else do you recommend? Sources?

Women need iron , folic acid, and calcium in addition to the above mentioned. sources are iron:cereals,beans,spinach,pomegranate,meat,liver,kidney, eggyolk. follic acid :vegetables,friuts,cereals,meat and liver. calcium :milk produts,vegs like peas,beans,cauliflower,pulses.

women require to take iron, calcium and vitamin c on daily basis..!! these can be taken in form of green leafy veg and amla and sitting in sunlight..!! telling u, as i recommend these to my patients...
