On 01 July 2009, NETELLER, a new payment/money processor is introduced in neobux, I guess you already know about this... sad to say Philippines was not included and we could not enjoy the benefit of discounts on neobux referrals when upgrade of membership.
Also to all Pinoy who are not active in neobux forum, you'll be losing the chance to win the $67 prize for the last poster for 6 hours interval.

That's sad. I think all of us filipinos would be sad about this. I wish I live in US so that I can get the benefits from any other sites like ciao. Ciao has recently blocked international user. This is not fair, why all all US member always get the most out of any money making sites..
