Hello friends, did you know that eating an apple a day will help to keep the doctors away? Well it is true, just last night I was reading how eating an apple a day will also help to keep constipation away. So do you eat any apple every single day? I am eating one right now friends. It is a granny apple and it's kind of sour. But i like that sour flavor hitting my taste buds. Anyways I hope that you all are out there eating your apple a day as well as several more of the necessary fruits that are required for good health. Sometimes I find it kind of hard to eat a whole apple but I guess that's just because I'm not used to it. I have to force myself to eat the apple, what about you friend?

for some reason I personally do not like apples are much. I also do not have very strong teeth so I have a difficulty eating them. When I get apples I usually just make applesauce with them. This is certainly an alternative for people with poor teeth or false teeth that cannot eat apples because they are too hard. Apples will keep you regular because I have lots of soluble fiber in them, plus they are healthy because they have lots of vitamins and minerals and are low in fat. The only problem is most people would prefer apple pie instead of eating whole apples which I confess I am like that too. Does apple pie count? When I was a kid every time I ate an apple I used to get a headache afterwards, maybe this is when I started to dislike apples.

thanks for sharing mariposaman. You are right, apples tend to be very strong and can hurt our teeth if our teeth aren't as strong as they used to be. but applesauce could come in very handy. Also you could do the whole juicing thing. Apple pies are very good but you don't want to overdo it on the apple pies because of the white sugar that is in an apple pie, which isn't very good for us. But I think that whatver happens to work best for you is what you should do. Apple Cider is a great alternative to biting down on an apple. Happy mylot! come again!

I do not think that an apple a day will keep the doctor a way is righr,as the only thing that happens to me is a nasty stomach ache,it also for my children it dont help them much either. The only use is that an apple could keep your bowels regular but i would doubt an apple would do much more than that.

Sorry to hear that you've had trouble getting down your apple a day my friend. But it's the fiber in the apple that's so good for you. Not to mention the pectin as well as malice. Actually an apple a day does more good for our bodies than what we can really begin to know. But if you have trouble eating it. You might want to try juicing. As that way you can drink your apple a day. I started doing this recently and at times I prefer it to eating the hard thing. Happy mylot!
